Here is a little progress on the large painting I am working on today. I will be heading out for a run and then I will be back to work on it some more. The rocks are coming along nicely though.

I am Amy Taylor, a fine artist in Columbus, Ohio. I am primarily a landscape painter, but am also a quilter and basket weaver. I was trained in fine art at Bowling Green State University and also taught art on the Navajo reservation in Kayenta, AZ. My experiences in Arizona fostered my desire to paint, as many of my original works represent areas such as Monument Valley and Arches National Park. Recently, I have transitioned to more Midwest-based landscapes.
