Hello! It is a final look! Love the boat... may have to try that one again with another pond/lake scene. I hear that the inspiration boat no longer exists so I will paint it's story to live forever!! Until next time...
I am Amy Taylor, a fine artist in Columbus, Ohio. I am primarily a landscape painter, but am also a quilter and basket weaver. I was trained in fine art at Bowling Green State University and also taught art on the Navajo reservation in Kayenta, AZ. My experiences in Arizona fostered my desire to paint, as many of my original works represent areas such as Monument Valley and Arches National Park. Recently, I have transitioned to more Midwest-based landscapes.
