Good Morning! We are a little rainy this morning and I think I heard my first claps of thunder of the season this morning. It reminds me that I have not painted any storms or rainbows lately. I may have to think about that. Meanwhile, I have been working on some new paintings for my booth in Wyoming, OH this coming Sunday. Many of them look similar to my past blue sky paintings but I am always trying to find a way to make a new piece special and a bit different. When I finished the last pond, I loved the tall grass in the foreground. So, I thought I would paint another pond with that concept. Here is the under painting for these thoughts. Between rain drops I'll try to get a nice picture of the finished piece for you to see!
