Hello! My goodness, where does the time go? I am still alive and well. I have been in the studio but I have been sorting and packing and dissembling furniture. Everything is headed to the new studio! The easel is begging me to stop by and it is not moving until the last minute. So I am going to promise you and myself that I will work on tall evergreen tomorrow and post a progress shot. Sounds like a great plan. See you tomorrow!

I am Amy Taylor, a fine artist in Columbus, Ohio. I am primarily a landscape painter, but am also a quilter and basket weaver. I was trained in fine art at Bowling Green State University and also taught art on the Navajo reservation in Kayenta, AZ. My experiences in Arizona fostered my desire to paint, as many of my original works represent areas such as Monument Valley and Arches National Park. Recently, I have transitioned to more Midwest-based landscapes.
